The Mummy MOT assessment is the postpartum check that everyone deserves, The Mummy MOT includes:

• Assessment of the pelvic floor (externally or internally depending on patient and needs).
• Assessment of posture.
• Assessment of perineal or caesarean scars. 
• Assessment of abdominal separation. 
• Support with return to exercise and daily activities. 

At the end of the assessment you will get a report of findings with advice on how to aid your recovery and achieve your goals.

The Mummy MOT is suitable from 6 weeks onwards. Did you give birth 3, 5 or even 10 years ago but feel like your postpartum concerns were never fully addressed then the Mummy MOT is still for you!
