What makes Bloom classes different?
Bloom classes are physio‑led by a specialist pelvic health physiotherapist, blending clinical knowledge with uplifting, accessible exercise. Every session supports both physical and mental wellbeing, giving you safe, effective movement guided by expert hands.

Physio-led
Our classes are run by a specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with knowledge and skills to manage not only your pelvic issues but also your other aches and pains in mind.

Includes everything our female body needs as we age
Our foundations and strength classes cover all important elements such as balance, mobility, agility, impact, breathing, impact for bone health, strength and pelvic floor.

Community
Our vision has always included creating a safe space for women to find their community. Other women to lift them up and make them feel less alone in their struggles. You will always find caring, fun and welcoming vibes in our classes.

Bloom: Foundations
Bloom Foundations gives you all the skills you need to understand your body and pelvic floor better. This class teaches you how to contract and release the pelvic floor and covers other important skills such as breath control, thoracic mobility and strengthening of the 'core'. This class is also a perfect for pregnancy, post-partum, pre/post surgery or for anyone who wants to work on their core foundation first.
Bloom Beginners cost £57 and includes:
- 6 x 45 minutes classes in small groups sizes of maximum 12.
Single class passes are available for £12.50.

Bloom: Strength
A strength class that meets you where you are. Using weights, resistance and controlled load, we build whole‑body strength while supporting balance, coordination and confidence. Safe, empowering and delivered in a warm community where everyone belongs.
Bloom Elevate costs £57 and includes:
- 6 x 45 minutes classes.
Single class passes are available for £12.50.
